This is the first in the line of Alien "Specials" which has reached full production. The classic 1950's style Cruiser is the epitome of laid back cool and, as you can see from the photographs, is certainly a striking looking bike!

From the big comfortable saddle to the stainless steel sparkling "fenders", the lightweight alloy framed Cruiser just exudes style. It's been built with the very latest 36v 10Ah Lithium Ion Battery Pack designed into an integrated pannier rack and a 250 Watt Hi-Efficiency Brushless Motor in the Front Wheel. If you want to cruise with no pedalling and have an electric bike but don't want anyone else to know about it then this might just be for you!

It has an easy to use twist grip style six speed box on the left bar which has been designed for easy cruising but is still really good on the hills. On the right bar, there's a twist grip throttle so just open it up and your away - even from a standstill And, unlike many electric models which have the controller mounted low down, the Cruiser has the Intelligent Controller mounted inside a discrete box behind the seat to suit the British weather a bit more! Also, due to the design of the integrated panner rack, the battery is locked in place (but easy to remove) and you'll be able to have plenty of storage space as well.

** Please also note that the bike is equipped with a US spec controller capable of 20mph which is presently set at 15mph - the UK legal limit at which power is cut off to the motor. However, this can be easily adjusted from 15mph to 20mph but any attempt to do this would, of course, render the bike illegal for use on UK roads. Just to make this absolutely clear, this does not mean that the bike will then go at 20mph, it simply means that the controller will allow power to be used up to 20mph.
