We've taken 26" 36v 250w kits and built them into Reflex Matrix bikes to create a machine with Lightweight Alloy 26" Wheel ATB frame, 18 speed Shimano gears and full front suspension.  This bike provides an extremely cost-effective entry into electric bikes and we believe is exceptional value for money.

 

Please note that, because we have not fitted pedal assist to the Matrix, it does not conform fully to EU requirements.   However, if you are happy with this, then in fact you can use the thumb throttle to provide much greater control than that provided by PAS.
