Many imported bikes (especially from China) use a frame designed for the Chinese adult and therefore tend to be somewhat on the cramped side for Europeans.

The frames of all but two of the AlienOcean bikes are manufactured to our design to specifically suit European adult sizes. The bikes themselves also use components to comply with what we in the West have also come to expect in quality standards.

Having said that, however, you are not buying or, especially, paying for a top range Mercedes and we equate our electric bikes and kits to more of a Volkswagen or perhaps, nowadays, Audi!   They do exactly what we say they will do and come with a great after sale support package!
