Warranty

 

On both Bikes and Kits we offer a 12 Month Return to Base or Swap Out Warranty on all the major specialist components i.e. Wheel and Motor, Controller, Battery, Battery Charger, Thumb Throttle and Brake Levers. This warranty excludes any physical damage to these components whilst being used by the customer. 

 

Please note that battery life is optomised for 15mph and "tweaking" your controller to permit speeds of up to 20mph assisted WILL reduce both the mileage you achieve from your battery and your overall battery life - by as much as 40%.  Also, a Li-Ion battery cannot be allowed to get to too low a level of charge otherwise it will not be possible to revive it.  Instructions for correct battery care are included in the assembly notes and non-compliance, including the 20mph option, will be evident if your battery fails.  Failure to follow these instructions will invalidate your battery warranty.

 

If any of the parts listed above fails within the warranty period from date of purchase, please ship the item back to us and if valid we will ship a replacement item to you. 

 

Other bike components can be purchased from your local bicycle shop.

 

 

Secure Payment

 

Your payment will be processed on a secure server and can be made either via PayPal or with a Credit or Debit Card.  Please note that we do not process your payment on our server and we will not retain any of your credit or debit card details at the end of the transaction.

 

 

Returns

 

Returns can be made up to the 7th working day after you received the item.   The item MUST NOT have been assembled or used and MUST be returned in "As New" condition and in the original packaging.

 

The customer will also be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us and it is recommended that you use an insured service.   When we have received the item we will credit you with the original cost of the item but not the cost of shipping it to you.
